the exceptional service from the receptionist made check-in a breeze, even during a tricky situation. the spacious room with two comfy beds, a bathtub, and a stunning waterfront view provided amazing value for money. the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation, and we loved being close to shopping and parks. While the restaurant was pricey and our meal was a letdown, the comfort of our stay made up for it. I can’t wait to return!

Outstanding food in the restaurant, astonishing and quick breakfast with cheeses, toast plus the view of greenery. Wonderful and incredible spot next to the lagoon and the short walking distance to the mall and restaurants, shops. Also, to Mt Smart stadium.

Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre is a great place with brilliant dishes. Its central location is close to a large shopping mall with lots of nice restaurants. it is just off Sylvia Park shopping center and conveniently near the airport.

This was my second vistwhilst on holiday from the uk. I like the location for shopping and sight seeing. The standard of the room facilities was a concideration in visiting a second time. Like the seating area space and views. We had the buffet dinner Sat and Sun and found there was something for everyone.
Thought the breakfast cost was too high if you are someone who only wants a bowl of cereal and a slice of toast.

room was large and comfortable bathroom did not have a lot of space to put toileteries
did not like when checking in front of house staff had no record of my booking - i showed them print out of confirmation. booked me in again - no apologies at that time however, later in the afternoon on our way out front of house staff did apologise as they had put my booking under my FIRST name and not my SURNAME!!!!
